Administrative Reform in Benelux and Germany

The papers presented in this volume were revised after the discussions at the "German-Benelux" Round Table held jointly by EIPA and the Bundesakademie für öffentliche Verwaltung, Bonn. At this round table problems and concerns, relating to administrative reform, common to these four EC countries were discussed in an open and free exchange of experiences.
