This volume is the result of a seminar on intergovernmental cooperation organized by the European Institute of Public Administration for national participants from the ASEAN countries. It was held in Maastricht in October 1987 and financed by the Commission of the EC. This volume consists of three parts. Part One looks at various forms of regional cooperation and examines the institutional structure of the European Community. Part Two analyses a number of policies and policy issues of particular relevance to ASEAN. Part Three looks at current global political, economic and security issues affecting regional cooperation. | |||
