Researcher
Pavlina Stoykova joined EIPA in January 2009 as a Researcher in the Unit "European Public Management". She specialises in a number of areas including comparative public administration issues and the role of the senior civil service in EU Member States. Her other interests include the interface between political and administrative systems in an international and domestic context, as well as the interaction between the central executive and the legislature during the process of EU accession. Pavlina Stoykova is a graduate of the University of Manchester (UK). She also holds degrees in International Relations and International Public Law from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".

Pavlina Stoykova a rejoint l’IEAP en janvier 2009 en qualité de chargée de recherche dans l’unité « Gestion publique européenne », spécialisée dans différents domaines tels que l’administration publique comparée et le rôle de la haute fonction publique dans les Etats membres de l’UE. Elle s’intéresse également à l’interface entre les systèmes politiques et administratifs dans un contexte international et national, et à l’interaction entre l’exécutif et le législatif au cours du processus d’adhésion à l’Union européenne. Pavlina Stoykova est diplômée de l’Université de Manchester (Royaume-Uni). Elle possède aussi un diplôme en relations internationales et en droit public international de l’Université de Sofia « St. Kliment Ohridski ».
